We are committed to dealing with any concerns/complaints you may have about your child’s education as quickly and effectively as possible. Please see attached flowchart outlining the procedure.

If you have a concern/ complaint please do not hesitate to contact us on 01325 248136 or BHAdmin@educationvillage.org.uk,so that your concern/ complaint can be forwarded to the correct member of staff.

The person dealing with your concern/ complaint will contact you, in a timely manner, to discuss your concerns further.
