Kajima Community
The Education Village is a 'Private Finance Initiative' which in simple terms means that the school doesn't actually own the school site or buildings that stand upon them but pays a monthly fee to hire them from the owners, Kajima Darlington Schools Limited (Kajima).
The school has a strong partnership with Kajima who in addition to their agreement for the use of the facilities by the school also offer an extensive hire programme for any groups or individuals wanting to use The Education Village for an event activity or celebration.
