Executive Pay Statement
The pay and remuneration of the Chief Executive and the Executive Team is set by the Board of Trustees following an appraisal cycle taking account of performance and the scope of the role and benchmarking the salary to similar sized roles and Trusts.

Gender Pay Gap
The Trust employs more than 250 people and is required to publish gender pay gap information.
At 31 March 2023:
- The Trust employed 369 staff members
- 299 staff members were female (81%)
- 70 staff members were male (19%)
- The median pay gap stood at 36.15%
- The mean pay gap stood at 24.97%
- The Trust will address the gap by:
- Using gender pay gap data to address imbalances in terms of job type and grade
- Raising the profile of flexible working arrangements, to enable more staff members to access them
- Encouraging women to consider and apply for opportunities in higher-paying roles
- The Trust does not pay bonuses to staff
