Jon Irvine

Jon Irvine, National Development Director | Land & Development

Jon is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who has worked for Homes England since 2004 in a number of roles including oversight of the agency’s Commercial Joint Ventures, as well as establishing the Contingent Assets and Liabilities and Commercial Disposals Team to deal with the resolution of historic land and property matters alongside disposals of the agency’s non-core and commercial land.

As Regional Development Director he was responsible for a number of development projects across the North Region. He currently leads the National Development function responsible for Planning and Enabling and Disposal teams across the Agency’s Development Directorate and is responsible for the delivery of the Agency’s land assets by the Regional teams.
