Public Sector Apprenticeship target
The Trust is also required to publish data in relation to the Public Sector Apprenticeship Target. The information for the year 1 April 2018 - 31 March 2019 can be found at:

Workforce and succession planning is underway across all operations, with a view to increasing the number of apprenticeships employed by the Trust and its academies, to meet the Public Sector Apprenticeship target by 2024/25.
Cost of Facility Time
Employment legislation requires an employer to permit an employee who is an official of an independent recognised trade union to take reasonable paid time off to carry out industrial relations duties and to undergo training. This is known as Facility Time.
New legislation requires organisations to publish: the number of employees who were relevant union officials from 1 April 2018 - 31 March 2019; the proportion of their working hours spent on union activity; and the percentage of the pay bill spent on facility time. In 2018/19 there we no employees of the Trust who were also union representatives. Consequently, there is no data to publish for this year.
