Scott Smith
Scott is a people professional with over 18 years of experience working in human resources, talent, learning and organisational development. He has worked across financial services, utilities and water, social housing, transport and the public sector delivering large-scale change programmes. Scott established his own business in 2020 and, in addition, actively supports communities and volunteering, currently acting as the Co-Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) North East. He is also part of the Enterprise Adviser Network.
